The Mike Payne Studio will take payment at the time of ordering (online). A refund and cancellation may be obtained at any time. If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order PayPal will convert the transaction to your own currency. All transactions will be charged in pounds sterling and will be converted at the then current applicable exchange rate.
Descriptions of Products
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Artwork appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Colour on artwork may vary slightly due to the differing settings of computer monitors and so it is impossible to rely 100% on the accuracy of the image as viewed on screen.
Shipping & Handling
The Mike Payne Studio take good care to maintain the highest of standards of quality in their products.
The Mike Payne Studio will aim to minimise risk of damage to products in transit through wrapping and packing as securely as possible.
For deliveries within the UK mainland, please allow up to 10 working days for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made within working hours and may require a signature.
Returns Policy
If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 28 days of receipt in its original “new condition” and we will refund the product price, if the packaging has been damaged or discarded please just wrap them up securely and return them to us. The value of your goods will be refunded but this will not include your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. However should you need to return any goods due to there being a fault with the goods received then your postage costs would be refunded to you.
Money Back Guarantee
The Mike Payne Studio offers a money-back guarantee to all our customers if in any way they are dissatisfied with the quality of the product supplied. So if you are unhappy with it in anyway, you have up to 28 days to contact us and return the image(s). This does not affect your statutory rights.
